GPC Partners with UW-Green Bay & Planned Parenthood WI for Creative Safer Sex Event

Global Protection Corp.® (GPC), the parent company of ONE® Condoms, is committed to promoting sexual health and wellness through innovative, engaging experiences. On November 17th, 2025, GPC collaborated with Planned Parenthood Wisconsin and University of Wisconsin-Green Bay to host the “Art of Protection: ONE® Condoms Art Exhibit and Community Health Resource Fair.” This unique event combined creativity, education, and engagement, empowering students to explore safer sex in an interactive hands-on way.

The event was a two-part experience that began with a Health Resource Fair, featuring both on-campus and local organizations such as:

  • Planned Parenthood Wisconsin
  • The Wellness Center (UWGB)
  • Healthy Choices Task Force (HCTF)
  • Sagent Behavioral Health
  • Brown County Public Health Department
  • National Kidney Donor Organization (NKDO)

Students engaged with interactive booths through activities like: ‘Trivia Wheel', ‘Roll the Dice’, and ‘Protection Prediction’, a guessing game where students predicted the number of condoms in a jar to win prizes. Attendees could also ‘Color Your Stress Away’ with Planned Parenthood coloring books filled with crosswords, games, and wellness prompts.

The second half and centerpiece of the event was the Art of Protection Challenge, where student teams were tasked to create art pieces or wearable designs using condoms.

Each group received 1,000 condoms from GPC and had three weeks to design their creations. The theme centered on sexual health and wellness, giving students a hands-on way to explore safer sex and creative expression. The designs were inventive, playful, and thought-provoking, sparking conversation and engagement among attendees around awareness and safer sex practices.

To support the event and attendees, GPC donated bulk Atlas® condoms (non-lubricated), ONE® Glam Monster t-shirts, and ONE® Aqua belt bags for attendees. These items provided students with practical safer-sex resources and fun branded swag, ensuring attendees left with tools and knowledge to continue their sexual health journey.

The event welcomed 50–75 students, many of whom actively engaged with both the resource fair and the art exhibit. Olivia Gibson, the event coordinator, noted:

The students’ creativity in the Art of Protection Challenge was incredible. While turnout was smaller than expected, the level of engagement and excitement made the event a success. Attendees learned, laughed, and left feeling empowered about sexual health.”

Promotion included social media posts, flyers, campus displays, emails, and direct outreach, ensuring strong visibility for both parts of the event.

GPC continues to educate and empower communities around sexual health. By partnering with universities and organizations like Planned Parenthood Wisconsin and college students at UW-Green Bay, GPC fosters interactive, engaging experiences that combine creativity and education, helping students make informed choices while having fun.
