Shipping & Delivery

All orders incur applicable freight charges. An additional shipping surcharge will apply to all shipments destined for residential addresses or orders that require special handling.

Shipping Methods

• Shipments generally depart via UPS Ground. For orders that qualify for free freight, the carrier will be designated as "Best Way," which may include shipment via pallets.
• All shipments are sent from Lynn, Massachusetts. Standard delivery time is generally 3–8 business days to destinations in the contiguous United States.
• A shipping confirmation, including the tracking number, will be sent to the delivery address on file upon shipment.
• Additional carriers and expedited shipping options are available upon request, with an additional charge. 

Non-Profit Free Shipping Policy

Registered and verified non-profit organizations with a valid 501(c)(3) number are eligible for free shipping under these terms:

• The order total must be $450 or more and shipped to a single address.​
• Free shipping is only available within the continental United States.
• Orders under $450, or those shipping outside the continental U.S., are charged the full cost of shipping.
• Expedited shipping methods are available at their standard list price.
